Meet Dr. Heidi Sottek

Dr. Heidi Sottek

Dr Heidi Sottek was born in Lindsay, California but grew up most her life in a small town in Michigan, a daughter of a preacher. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2003. From there, she entered active service in the United States Air Force in April 2003 on a HPSP scholarship and served as an Advanced General Dentist for 3 years before attending the Tri Service Orthodontic Residency Program and serving the military as an Orthodontist until 2012.

As a veteran, Dr. Sottek was an orthodontic provider for the greater Nashville area for 12 years, where she still attains an active orthodontic license. She has recently changed her practice setting and is currently using her knowledge and love for orthodontics to treat patients through a Telehealth opportunity with Oak Dental Partners.

Dr. Sottek is married to Thomas E Sottek. They have four girls ranging from a college student to an elementary student. In her limited spare time, she enjoys knitting, skiing, cooking, walking her St Bernese Mountain dog Franke, and Pilates.
